"Rightsize" to enable productivity and avoid idle workspace.  Consider each persons needs.  Should they have dedicated or as-needed workspace? Should their workspace be a desk, workstation or an office?  Configure workspace for today and change it tomorrow.  HQ's workspace is quiet.  There are two choices for Internet Access: "Wireless Motel-Quality" and "Wired Voice-over-IP-Quality".  Multi-line phones provide music on hold and can add five people to a conversation.  HQ can customize workspaces with bookcases, file cabinets,  meeting tables and white boards.  Your company's equipment and furniture are welcome.  There are assigned cabinets in a storage room.  Workspaces are networked to a wiring closet with racks for firewalls and servers.
