OfficeKey is present to resolve any address questions, sign on behalf of the company, and notify personnel.  You can instruct OfficeKey to monitor deliveries for certain items and follow procedures once they arrive.   You can get assistance on Company Email like sales@YourCompany.com. Rules in your Company's inbox copies select email to OfficeKey's inbox that is watched continually during business hours.  OfficeKey calls Personnel to find someone to handle the select email promptly.      Company Faxes become email.  Faxes can be forwarded to Personnel.  Or, OfficeKey can remove junk, notify and distribute company faxes to appropriate Personnel.  Fax lines are available for your own machine and faxes can be sent from OfficeKey's machine.
